This beautiful Peach colored pepper when ripe is a cross breed between a reaper and jpg. There is a blistered rippled texture when Green that smoothens out a bit by the time it turns peach on this Capsicum Chinese Species. We call them the Freddy Krueger pepper and like the monster - Jay’s is consistent in bringing the heat. SHU ranges from 800,000 to 1,100,000.
